Founder growth

A founder brand needs a point of view, not a posting calendar.

Consistency matters, but frequency alone does not create a credible founder brand. People remember a clear perspective that helps them interpret a problem, make a decision, or see an industry differently.

01

A point of view is earned through choices

Useful founder content is grounded in real decisions: what you prioritised, what you rejected, what changed your mind, and what you learned from customers, teams, or the market.

The goal is not to manufacture certainty. A strong perspective can include limits and trade-offs while still being recognisable and useful.

02

Choose themes you can sustain

Start with a small set of subjects where experience and business relevance overlap. Each theme should support a real audience need and give the founder room to contribute something more specific than common advice.

  • Decisions you repeatedly make in your role.
  • Misunderstandings you regularly correct.
  • Changes in the market that affect your customers.
  • Operating lessons your team has earned first-hand.
03

Capture before you create

A sustainable system begins with lightweight capture. Record decisions after important meetings, collect recurring customer questions, and note the reasoning behind product or business trade-offs.

These inputs can become posts, articles, interviews, or videos without forcing the founder to invent ideas on a publishing deadline.

04

Let the calendar serve the thinking

Use a calendar to maintain rhythm and variety after the themes are clear. Do not let it become the source of the ideas. Credibility grows when the format changes but the underlying judgment remains coherent.
